Utilising Ajax's proprietary Jeweller radio technology, it ensures secure two-way communication with the hub over distances up to 1,300 meters (line of sight), protected by AES encryption and jamming detection. This versatile button supports panic mode to instantly alert security companies and users to a threat, as well as control mode for triggering automation devices like relays, wall switches, or roller shutter receivers with a single press. It features accidental click protection, an IP50 rating for dust and splash resistance, and operates for up to 5 years on a pre-installed CR2032 battery.
